We have been working all the time to improve our user interface to make things more easier and put things at hand for our customers. However, these continual user interface design and development changes will not change the way to access your products or services in a way that will confuse you.
To access your service you will do the following…
- Login your account. If you don’t know how to, check this article on how to login your account here
- Once you are logged in your account, look for Services or under Services, click on My services and this will take you to the list of your products and services
- Once on your products and services list page, you may click on the name or title of a particular product or service to view the details, such as Registration Date, Billing Circle, Next Due Date, Payment Method… etc. You can also upgrade, add other services or cancel the service.
